My name’s Scott and I offer a safe and supported space for people to connect with their inner world through Breathwork.

I teach and facilitate Breathwork sessions either on a 1-1 basis or in a group setting, and use a range of simple but extremely powerful techniques which can help:
- Reduce Anxiety and Overthinking
- Regulate your Nervous System
- Optimise your breathing for Sports and Athletic Performance
- Release stuck emotions and trauma held in the body through the Awakening Breathwork Framework developed by Jennifer McKenzie
I was first introduced to Breathwork two years ago, and since then it has been transformational for me.
As well as helping with emotional balance and energy on a day to day basis, deeper conscious connected breathing has helped me release pain and emotions that were long buried and consciously forgotten, but showed up every day in how I lived my life.
Breathwork has given me so much, I felt that I had to take what I had learned, then learn a lot more, so that I could bring a blend of this ancient healing practice with modern science to others.
Breathwork changed my life. It’s my hope that it can change yours too.
